Quality Assurance

Owing to an in-house quality testing lab, we have been able to check our range on various parameters. This lab is divided into several sections and is loaded with various machines and tools to check that only an effective range leaves our premises. Some of the testing facilities that we possess comprise.

We have a team of quality assurance auditors that keeps a strict vigil on the entire production procedure right form the procurement of raw material till the final dispatch of the finished metal products and ascertain that our products stand high on the parameters of quality. These individuals also conduct quality test on varying parameters that include:

Abrasion resistance

Length and diameter

Corrosion resistance

Tensile strength

Metric bolt strength

Thread dimensions

Striving endeavors at improvising our equipment and processing plant as per the prevalent market trends, we manufacture our components as per international manufacturing standards. Calibrated at our research & development centre or at the manufacturing unit, these machines are continuously up-graded to perform at the best. Adding on, discarded and old instruments& gauges are replaced with the newer ones at regular intervals.
